Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items rarely happen, but if it does just email a photo to taylor@petloverdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We are a print-on-demand business, take pride in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Each item is made just for you, we do not keep stock on hand. We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personalized items.
Have a return or exchange? Please contact Taylor at taylor@petloverdesigns.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the item. Returns without an RA will not be accepted. Return shipping is at your expense. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchange items are made to order and will require production time before shipping.
Lost Package
We can’t control shipping but if your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you to find a solution, including filing a claim with the carrier or manufacturer. While refunds aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our very best to resolve the issue.
